Overview
Fahri is adept at getting the best out of legal conundrums, and is known for his empathetic approach and commitment to his clients. He is an experienced and talented advocate and solicitor, who is equally at home whether leading from the front, or performing his role in a larger team as in Indira Gandhi. Fahri acts for both plaintiffs and defendants in contentious and non-contentious civil claims and criminal trials.
He has appeared in courts and statutory and domestic tribunals at all levels including the Federal Court, Court of Appeal, High Court and subordinate courts including the Syariah Appeal Court and Syariah High Court. Fahri has been appointed to serve in many committees and sub-committees whose subjects matters vary from law reform to improving standards of the Malaysian Bar through better access to advocacy training.
