Islamic Law

Fahri Azzat Co.’s islamic law practice encompasses advocacy and advisory work across a broad range of Islamic areas with a particular emphasis on non-criminal matters. Members of the Firm regularly appear in the Federal Territories Syariah Courts including the Syariah High Court and Syariah Appeal Court. Our syar’ie lawyers practice in both Islamic law and other relevant areas including crime, family and commercial dispute resolution and bring specialist knowledge to bear from these other areas of practice.
